History of Guaianos
On the same site as the Torre de Guainos project is a historic watchtower, built during the time of the Muslim Kingdom of Granada, precisely for its privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea.
This tower was part of an ancient coastal defense system, which allowed for the detection of potential threats from the sea, especially pirates, and quickly alerted other fortresses through smoke or fire signals.
Its strategic location not only offered protection, but also an incomparable view of the coast, the same one enjoyed today by the project's residences.
